This policy explains how orders are shipped, tracked, and delivered within India.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across India, including major cities, towns, and selected rural locations.
If our courier partner does not service your area, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been shipped.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Local (Lucknow & nearby areas): 1–2 business days

  • Within Uttar Pradesh: 2–4 business days

  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or unforeseen events.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee will apply (displayed at checkout).

  • Any promotional “Free Delivery” offers will be clearly mentioned on our homepage or during checkout.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier link via email or SMS.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to two times.

  • If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, it may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your products. However, if you receive a damaged, tampered, or missing item:

  1. Please do not accept visibly damaged packages.

  2. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at dzonepet@gmail.com or support@dzonepet.com with photos and order details.

  3. We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.


8. Change of Address Requests

If you wish to update your delivery address:

  • Please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at +91 98382 44282 or dzonepet@gmail.com.

  • Once the order has been shipped, address changes may not be possible.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India.
