At D Zone Pet, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best products and service for your furry friends. If for any reason you wish to cancel or return an order, this policy outlines how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

After Dispatch:

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

However, you may still return the product after delivery (see “Returns & Refunds” below).
2. Returns & Replacements
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
✅ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
✅ The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✅ The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
3. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or used pet food, treats, or supplements

Grooming and hygiene products (shampoo, brushes, sprays, etc.)

Litter boxes, beds, or clothing once used

Customized or perishable items
Please ensure you check product details and sizes carefully before purchase.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we will:

Approve or reject your refund based on the product’s condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are made via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time, please contact your bank or payment provider first, as processing times may vary.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or wrongly delivered items.
If you received the wrong size or product, please contact us within 3 days, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
